The Black Caps enter this match in fantastic spirit after their thrashing of England in the opening match of the tournament, while the Netherlands will be buoyed by the performance that they put in during a losing cause against a quality Pakistan team.
Against England, New Zealand put in a complete performance even though they were missing some key players. There is a good chance that some of these, such as Kane Williamson, will be fit again for this one, which does not bode well for the Dutch. I was impressed by the way that the Netherlands played against Pakistan, especially their bowling unit, and I can see them causing some issues for the Kiwi batsmen.
However, after their shellacking of England, one of the pre-tournament favourites, it is hard to look past a New Zealand win. So, this is who my money would be on, although the odds are short and not really worth looking at.

England will be sick of the sight of Devon Conway as he just loves to plunder runs against them, and his 152 from 121 balls was one of the best batting performances that we are likely to see at this World Cup. Every ball just seems to come off the middle of his bat, and there are very few weaknesses in his game. Once he gets himself set, he is very hard to dislodge from the crease. After his previous performance, I feel that he has a really good chance of being his team's top scorer once again.

Netherlands' Top Batsman Winner: Bas de Leede to Win
Bas de Leede put in a quality overall performance against Pakistan, but it was not enough to get his team a shock win to kick-start their campaign in style. I have not seen much of this kid, but I was mightily impressed with both his bowling and batting. His 67 runs gave the Netherlands a sniff of a win, but when he was bowled by Nawaz, the rest of the batlineupne up just crumbled. If he bats like he did against Pakistan, he has every chance of being the top scorer once more.

One of the standout bowling performances from the New Zealand bowling unit came from Matt Henry, who caused England no end of problems with his consistent line and length. He picked up 3 wickets in the match, with two of those wickets being England's big guns in the shape of Dawid Malan and Jos Buttler. The latter was looking well set, and his dismissal was a turning point in the match. The Netherlands batsmen are not as good as England's so Henry will be eying up more wickets.

Pakistan have some quality batsmen, so de Leede will be full of confidence heading into this second match, and I think he will be able to cause the Kiwi batsmen plenty of problems with his variation in skill and pace.
