Both of these teams have just one win from five matches, and their chances of making it through to the semi-finals are hanging on by the barest of margins. They are both out of form, so this, in all honesty, could be one of the worst matches of the World Cup so far.
The Dutch enter this game after being absolutely humiliated by Australia in their last match - the Aussies smashed 399 in their 50 overs, and then the Dutch were bowled out for 90 with just 21 overs on the ball. Adam Zampa was their main tormentor as he picked up four wickets in just nine balls. They will have been really embarrassed by that performance, so they will be eager to put that behind them and give the type of showing that saw them beat South Africa.
Bangladesh were also thoroughly outplayed in their previous match, conceding 382 runs to South Africa and then going on to lose by a mammoth 149 runs. They have not clicked at this World Cup, even losing to England, who are being beaten by everyone at this World Cup.
It is not easy to pick a winner for this match due to both of their lack of form, but my money would be on Bangladesh to come out on top because they have the better squad of players in my opinion. I do not think that many Dutch players would play regularly in this Bangladesh team.
